The role manages surveying and geospatial project resources, subcontractors, equipment, site mobilisation, client communication, QA, delivery workflows, and team development, while also supporting recruitment, mentoring, and occasional survey and inspection activities. Candidates need a degree or equivalent in surveying, geospatial, or a related discipline, senior operational or project management experience, knowledge of survey workflows and downstream deliverables, and experience managing multiple projects and teams.
