WorldFish is hiring an Operations Manager to manage and monitor general office operations across finance, HR, IT, administration, facilities, transport, safety and security, logistics, procurement, and events. The role leads the operations team, oversees annual work plans and budgets, maintains operational databases, supports operational change management, and strengthens relationships with partners, government departments, customs, and service providers. The position is based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, is a three-year contract with possible extension, and offers insurance coverage, a provident fund contribution, paid leave, and other benefits.
