XDOF is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Indonesia to lead business development and partnership efforts for deploying Egocentric Cameras at scale. The role manages end-to-end data-collection operations, develops workflows and SOPs, oversees auditors, annotators, and operators, coordinates with headquarters and stakeholders in the United States and China, and improves operational quality and performance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of operations, project, or program management experience, fluent Mandarin, English proficiency, and experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
