Pinnacle Live is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Venue Director in managing daily venue operations, event execution, AV equipment setup and removal, inventory, staffing, vendor relationships, budgeting, billing, purchasing, and guest service. The role supervises exempt and non-exempt personnel, provides technical support, and requires a high school education, at least two years of event technology experience in a hospitality environment, and at least two years of managerial experience. The position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $95,000 plus incentives, along with paid time off, a 401(k) match, and health, vision, and dental insurance.
