Commure is hiring a full-time Healthcare Operations Automation Engineer to own and scale manual healthcare workflows, particularly claim-related processes. The role combines SQL and data analysis, workflow mapping, API and script-based automation, dashboard and reporting pipelines, experiment evaluation, rollout, monitoring, and post-launch debugging. The engineer will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management, work with customers, and build systems that improve productivity, quality, and financial outcomes. The position requires at least two years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles and is based in the Mountain View, California office.
