Description
Operations Manager role providing leadership and oversight for field and project operations on heavy civil, marine, utility, and infrastructure construction projects. The position focuses on safe, efficient, on-schedule, and on-budget delivery while maintaining quality, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. It works with executive leadership, project managers, superintendents, estimators, equipment managers, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and permitting agencies to coordinate resources, manage personnel and equipment utilization, improve project performance, and drive continuous process improvement across the organization throughout South Florida.
