Blank Street is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to grow and develop a team of General Managers, recruit and coach store leaders, oversee labor planning and scheduling, maintain operational and food-safety standards, and drive district financial performance. The role requires at least five years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-growing consumer business, experience leading multiple locations, and regular travel between stores.
