Description
Camden is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, resident services, facilities, maintenance, vendor, and resident relations functions of a multifamily portfolio of two or more communities. Reporting to the General Manager, the role supervises maintenance team members, manages community performance and expenses, supports capital improvements and new development, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates with central processing and sales teams. The position requires on-site residential property management experience, supervisory experience is preferred, and includes travel, weekend and holiday work, and exposure to outdoor conditions.
