Genentech is hiring an Operations Manager to serve as the strategic operational partner and Chief of Staff to the Head of the IDO for its South San Francisco campus transformation. The role owns program delivery, governance, process standardization, risk management, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, executive communications, onboarding, training, and organizational change management. Candidates need 6–9+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, and strong project management and change-management capabilities. The position is based in California, is not eligible for relocation, and offers an annual salary of $136,100–$252,700 USD plus a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
