Description
The Entourage Group is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple fast-casual restaurant locations in the Netherlands, including hiring and developing staff, improving food quality and service, ensuring compliance, managing inventory and vendors, analyzing KPIs, and supporting expansion. The role requires prior fast-casual or quick-service restaurant operations experience, strong leadership and food-safety knowledge, problem-solving and communication skills, and fluency in English. The position is based in or around Amsterdam and includes hotel, restaurant, and other employee benefits.
