Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine, Central Animal Facilities division is hiring an on-site Operations Manager to oversee daily husbandry operations in an AAALAC-accredited laboratory animal facility. The role is responsible for regulatory compliance, staff supervision, SOP and quality assurance management, facility and equipment oversight, inventory and budget support, and collaboration with veterinary, research, and compliance teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an animal or related life sciences field, at least six years of experience in an animal research facility, and relevant AALAS/ILAM/CMAR certification, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, holidays, and tuition remission benefits.
