Description
The Operations Manager - Clinical oversees day-to-day medical practice operations, including clinical workflow efficiency, patient throughput and experience, staff supervision, hiring and onboarding, performance management, staffing, payroll, budgeting, purchasing, compliance, quality and safety improvement, and operational metrics. The role reports to the Director of Operations, may function as an RN when needed, and requires an applicable Illinois clinical license or certification, CPR certification, and typically three to five years of clinical or medical practice management experience or completion of Springfield Clinic's Operations Management Rotational Program.
