Description
The Manager, Closing will oversee business support operations for Forward Financing, manage local operations teams and production capacity, coach team members, track staffing and production goals, improve KPIs and operational efficiencies, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Sales, Underwriting, and Compliance. The role reports to the Senior Closing Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, finance, or a related field, at least one year of experience managing service or operations-related groups, advanced computer skills, and strong communication and analytical abilities. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote, office, or hybrid options.
