Forward Financing is hiring a Manager, Closing to oversee business support operations, manage local operations teams, and ensure timely, high-quality services. The role reports to the Senior Closing Manager, collaborates with Operations, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and other Forward Financing leaders, and is responsible for production capacity, staffing plans, KPIs, coaching, problem-solving, and operational efficiency. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, finance, or a related field, at least one year of experience managing service or operations-related groups, advanced computer skills, and strong communication and analytical abilities. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote, office, or hybrid options.
