The role is hands-on field leadership, overseeing supervisors, leads, and cleaning technicians while managing staffing, scheduling, inspections, customer complaints, safety, quality control, reporting, and staff development. Candidates need 3–5 years of operations leadership experience, experience managing hourly field employees across multiple sites, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to customer sites. The position pays $70,000 annually and does not include company-sponsored health benefits.
