Description
CHAP Group is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead the delivery of multiple concurrent construction projects from inception through completion. Reporting to the Construction Director, the role oversees site teams, engineers, and commercial functions; manages safety, quality, programme, procurement, cost control, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships; and contributes to pre-construction and tender work. The position requires substantial construction operations or senior site management experience, typically ten years or more, along with CDM and health and safety knowledge, SMSTS and CSCS, and a full UK driving licence.
