Description
The Operations Manager leads operational leadership, project delivery, resource allocation, staffing, budgeting, financial performance, quality assurance, and client support for the Construction Materials Market Sector. The role coordinates project managers and technical staff, oversees complex projects, manages program budgets and forecasts, supervises direct reports, and supports business development and client relationships. A bachelor’s degree in mining engineering, geologic engineering, geology, or a related field is required, while 12+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of project or program management or supervisory experience are preferred.
