Description
The Operations Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership for contract logistics operations, overseeing service delivery, safety, quality, productivity, workforce management, cost control, and customer commitments. The role leads supervisors and frontline teams, manages KPIs and continuous improvement, supports budgeting and forecasting, and partners with engineering, quality, transportation, and account management functions. It requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, at least five years of relevant operational experience, and a 100% on-site work arrangement.
