This role involves overseeing all operational processes, leading various departments such as Technical Service, Planning, Inside Sales/Key Account Management, Operations, and Logistics, and driving continuous improvement. The manager will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, enhance quality and productivity, and support organizational growth. As a member of the Management Team, they will collaborate with the Board and management.
