OnTrac is hiring an Operations Manager for its Dallas-area warehouse facility in DeSoto, Texas. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees facility management, strategic processes, budgeting, vendor and independent-contractor accountability, performance management, staff productivity, and a positive warehouse culture. The position requires a GED or diploma, at least five years of management experience, and six years of industry or related experience, with logistics, last-mile delivery, small-parcel, and independent-contractor experience preferred. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with potential extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $84,000–$105,000 base, with a potential range of $84,000–$126,000, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits are offered.
