HIVED is hiring an on-site Day Ops Manager for its London depots to lead daytime operations across on-road and under-the-roof activities. The role manages shift managers, coordinators, and fleet specialists; oversees driver capacity, compliance, service levels, labour planning, sortation, safety, quality, and cost; and supports continuous improvement. It follows a four-days-on, three-days-off rotation requiring one weekend day, and requires 4–8 years of experience leading last-mile or dispatch operations.
