Description
AlphaSense is hiring a Directed Content Operations Manager to oversee Directed Content research pods and manage a team of bilingual Analysts. The role is responsible for setting and tracking performance KPIs, coaching Analysts, maintaining content quality and relevance, coordinating coverage territories, hiring and onboarding Analysts, defining coverage goals, improving workflows, and approving expert rates. The manager reports to the Senior Manager, Generated Content and partners with Project Managers, Sector Leads, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
