Restaurant Technologies is hiring an Operations Manager, Distribution to lead depot distribution operations in Canton, Michigan. The role oversees people leadership, safety and regulatory compliance, workforce planning, fleet and asset management, customer service, route-based delivery and used cooking oil collection, inventory, financial performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of operations, distribution, logistics, or route-based experience, with leadership experience required; direct people management, DOT compliance, workforce planning, KPI management, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with schedule variation based on client needs, and offers bonus potential but no stated base salary.
