The role develops business action plans, monitors operational performance, manages budgets and working capital, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and integrity standards. It requires an electrical or electronics engineering degree, at least five years of service operations management experience, strong leadership and commercial skills, operational excellence experience, English fluency, and a full UK driving licence.
