Description
Soum is hiring an Operations Manager to build and scale end-to-end operations for its electronics vertical, covering inventory, warehousing, quality control, dispatch, last-mile delivery, performance analytics, AI and automation, project execution, and team leadership. The role requires 4–5+ years of progressive operations experience, a track record of building or significantly scaling operations, fluency in Arabic, strong English, quantitative and analytical skills, and familiarity with the Saudi market.
