ISS is hiring a full-time Energy and Resources Operations Manager (Key Account Manager) to lead a portfolio of remote villages for a key client. The role oversees multi-functional catering, cleaning, and village-service teams; manages P&L performance, KPIs, budgets, client relationships, safety, compliance, and talent development; and requires a minimum of five years of senior leadership experience in resources, mining villages, integrated services, or hospitality. The position is based in Adelaide, Brisbane, or Perth and requires FIFO capability from Adelaide Airport, an open manual C Class driver’s license, Australian working rights, a recent police check, and medical and drug-and-alcohol screening.
