The role oversees environmental services operations, coordinates frontline associates and staffing, supports hiring and training, supervises housekeeping and supervisory staff, conducts inspections and reporting, provides training, and coordinates outside services. The position requires four years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience, at least one year of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The salary is $52,000-$55,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
