Description
Carvana is hiring a Reconditioning Manager to supervise daily operations at an Inspection Center, oversee at least five leads and up to 70 front-line associates, and manage vehicle reconditioning quality, production, cost, safety, and continuous-improvement objectives. The role includes mentoring, performance management, recruitment, training, production planning, and team engagement. It requires five years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, strong communication and analytical skills, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
