Description
The Operations Manager–Facilities Management Soft Services will oversee cleaning operations in Dubai, including staff deployment, client relationships, contract finances, inventory, service quality, health and safety, CAFM-based reporting, inspections, compliance, and process improvement. The role requires 3–5 years of similar experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, CAFM and reporting-system expertise, organizational and problem-solving skills, a valid UAE driving license, and willingness to travel to client sites and work outside regular hours when needed.
