Ascom is hiring an Operations Manager Fire Safety to lead the full professional services organization for Fire Safety Nederland. The role manages multidisciplinary teams, operational strategy, KPIs, forecasting, resource planning, compliance, safety, quality, customer relationships, and continuous improvement. It requires an HBO/WO level, at least five years of leadership experience in project- and service-based organizations, fire-safety sector experience, project-management and service-delivery knowledge, financial forecasting skills, and fluent Dutch and English.
