Dalkia EN is hiring an Operations Manager for a six-month fixed-term contract at Belleville Nuclear Power Plant in Cher, France. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role manages on-site operational teams and subcontractors, oversees maintenance quality and customer relations, supports ongoing projects, leads briefings, and contributes to budgeting and supplier coordination. The position requires thermal or electrical engineering training, at least five years of nuclear-industry experience, and knowledge of industrial refrigeration, ventilation, and rotating machinery.
