Description
Veolia is hiring a Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) Operations Manager for its waste recovery unit in Granges. Reporting to the Director of the Industrial Unit, the role oversees daily industrial operations, equipment and process performance, regulatory and contractual compliance, operational planning, maintenance coordination, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and continuous improvement. The manager also leads and develops the operational team, supports HSE and quality objectives, and collaborates with Maintenance, Works, Technical, and Executive Management departments. The position requires proven experience leading an industrial operation and managing operational teams, along with knowledge of equipment performance, industrial regulations, and HSE requirements.
