The role leads and develops the organization, drives profitability and quality, manages change initiatives, develops customer relationships, monitors performance and financial results, and oversees budgets and forecasts. Candidates should have several years of leadership experience with responsibility for personnel, budget, and results, along with strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into concrete results.
