Description
ShipBob is hiring a second-shift Facility Manager to oversee a fulfillment facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The role manages distribution operations, customer service, human resources, recruiting, performance KPIs, safety, quality, and continuous improvement; hires, trains, coaches, and motivates team members; and supports the expansion and revenue goals of the business. The position requires at least four years of leadership experience, familiarity with distribution-center safety procedures, and the ability to perform physically demanding work during an eight- to ten-hour shift. The role offers a base salary of $85,000 to $90,000 plus discretionary bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
