Description
The Operations Manager leads day-to-day base operations for Signature Aviation’s private aviation guests, crews, and residents, coordinating Airside Experience and Guest Experience teams, managing schedules and training, and serving as a guest-service escalation point. The role also supports ramp operations, ground-service equipment, safety and regulatory compliance, inventory, security, fuel management, and emergency response. It requires a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of aviation or cargo operations experience or equivalent education and experience, a valid state driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible shifts in an active aviation environment.
