Improve Digital is hiring a full-time, permanent Operations Manager for its Global Ad Operations function. The role manages a distributed team of roughly 15 people across Bulgaria, Italy, and the Philippines, including team leads and functional specialists, and owns work intake, prioritisation, capacity, quality, standards, and performance. The manager will also measure workload, design and adopt processes, develop team members, and work with programmatic advertising technologies such as Google Ad Manager and Prebid. The position is based in Bulgaria at Varna or Sofia or remotely.
