Hemfrid is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and develop its operations in Region Norrland, starting with offices in Umeå and Sundsvall. The role oversees Area Managers and collectively employed staff, owns regional results and budgets, drives profitability and growth, monitors key performance indicators, supports operational activities, and requires regular travel between offices. It is a full-time position with a start date by agreement and seeks a leader with several years of experience managing managers and full P&L responsibility, strong business acumen, and fluent Swedish and English.
