ALO is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead store operations, inventory accuracy, labor planning and scheduling, budget and business reporting, sales-floor standards, and the Operations team. The role requires 3–5 years of retail or related leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work throughout the store, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday-season shifts.
