The HVAC Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of the company’s mechanical HVAC construction division, coordinate project assignments and workload, transition awarded projects from estimating to project management, develop operational processes, monitor staffing and resources, support project managers, and improve project execution, productivity, and profitability. The role requires at least five years of experience in HVAC or mechanical construction, project management, or operations, along with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
