Description
Longroad Energy is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the 57-turbine, 119.7 MW Meadow Creek Wind Project in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The role leads day-to-day operations and maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance, site personnel and contractor management, budget and contract oversight, stakeholder engagement, and turbine availability initiatives. It requires at least three years of wind or energy facility operations and maintenance experience, leadership experience, and the ability to climb turbines, lift equipment, and maintain 24/7 on-call availability. The position is based at the project or within commuting distance, with relocation available, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
