Description
The role manages production operations, schedules, workflows, staffing, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while improving business processes and operational efficiency. It also supervises production team members, handles hiring and training, directs work, manages performance, and contributes to budget cost-effectiveness and monthly profit and loss. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, management, or engineering, demonstrated success managing a production floor and budget, and preferably experience in wood or plastic product manufacturing.
