CookUnity is hiring an Operations Manager II to oversee daily operations across its New York market, including the Kitchen, Warehouse, Food Safety, Fulfillment, and Logistics departments. The role manages staffing and scheduling, monitors KPIs and operational performance, resolves disruptions, coordinates cross-functional teams, and leads projects focused on scalability, cost-efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. The position requires bilingual English and Spanish fluency, analytical and leadership skills, and experience in cold storage, operations, logistics, or a similar field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Compensation is $85,000–$100,000 USD, with health insurance and other benefits.
