SITE 525 is hiring an Operations Manager to support the MACC-TTE contract at Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, Indiana. The role leads day-to-day operations, testing and training events, staffing, budgets, schedules, performance metrics, risks, process improvements, quality management, and compliance with DoD, National Guard Bureau, and Army requirements. It also serves as Deputy Program Manager when needed and requires an active TS/SCI clearance, at least ten years of relevant program or operations management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and PMP or equivalent certification.
