IDS is hiring an Operations Manager II in Muscatatuck, Indiana, to lead cyber range and training operations in a Department of Defense environment. The role plans and executes cyber training programs, manages cyber testbed and IT/OT operations, coordinates with senior DoD stakeholders, and maintains operational readiness. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years in cyber range or computer testbed environments, seven years in program management or senior DoD/defense industry experience, two years supporting Army and Joint cyber training exercises, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
