Description
The Operations Manager will lead project and site management, work preparation, estimating, administration, planning, execution, and profitable optimization across infrastructure, earthworks, road construction, and hydraulic engineering projects. The role manages teams, people, heavy equipment, raw materials, and cross-functional departments while supporting the company director’s strategy and growth. Candidates need a civil engineering or equivalent degree, extensive experience in earthworks, demolition, road construction, sewer works, or civil infrastructure, and strong people-management and contracting experience. The position can be filled as an employee or through a self-employed collaboration arrangement.
