Pact Group is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead Household & Industrial operations across its Braeside and Baroda manufacturing sites. Reporting to the General Manager, the role owns safety, people, operational performance, commercial outcomes, plant reliability, quality, cost, delivery, production planning, inventory, labour utilisation, asset performance, capital projects, and continuous improvement. The position requires senior manufacturing or operations leadership experience, multi-site accountability, injection moulding and asset reliability knowledge, and a collaborative leadership style; tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
