METRO.digital is hiring an Operations Manager for its Integration & Delivery Tools platform to own the operational health, reliability, performance, standards, incident response, on-call processes, and continuous improvement of tools supporting integration and software delivery across eight cross-functional teams. The role requires senior-level operations, platform engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering experience, strong SRE knowledge, team leadership, stakeholder management, and English fluency. It is open to candidates in Brasov and Cluj and follows a hybrid working model.
