WM is hiring an Operations Manager Trainee to complete a five-month onboarding program in Port Charlotte, Florida, followed by placement in an Operations Manager role. The trainee will work primarily in the field, coaching frontline employees, improving operational efficiency, supporting safety and customer satisfaction, and learning dispatch, routing, fleet maintenance, DOT, and OSHA systems. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or an accredited high school diploma/GED plus two years of relevant work experience, a valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the country. The salary range is $63,000 to $65,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
