Description
The Operation Manager oversees the operational, financial, and personnel management of structured cabling, telecommunications, and low-voltage projects. The role leads Construction Managers, Lead Technicians, and field operations teams; manages project profitability, forecasting, budgeting, WIP reviews, closeout, customer relationships, workforce planning, and operational processes; and mentors operational personnel. The position requires at least five years of relevant operational, construction, telecommunications, or project management leadership experience, knowledge of structured cabling and low-voltage environments, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed.
