Mondial Relay by InPost is hiring a Logistics Site Manager to organize and optimize logistics activities, manage relationships with carriers, ensure compliance and safety procedures, and lead a team of shift supervisors and coordinators. The role also involves recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workplace relations, and continuous improvement of processing lead times, costs, and customer service. It is a permanent full-time managerial position with a Monday-to-Saturday schedule, flexible schedules, and the possibility of regular night work.
